EOL means it is going end of life and that means it will no longer be supported by Microsoft so no more updates from Microsoft. It will still function but but there will be no more critical updates.  It would be recommended that you think about upgrading  to a more upgraded system but would suggest that you see if your current systems and software are compatible with the newer operating systems you would be considering beforeupgrading to before you do that.

That would depend if your current software and printers are compatible with the new versions of window or not.  Check with your current vendors to see what their thoughts are before upgrading and we can help you with the process.
